Pilates to Reduce Stress

Welcome!

Spending around ten minutes a day to focus on you, your breathe, releasing tension in the body and using elements of Pilates to support can make a difference between feeling stressed and letting yourself release the stress to allow your mind and body to connect.

Useful resources to make the best of the workouts include a pillow or cushion, a yoga block, a spikey ball, a comfortable space (carpet/mat)!
